Job Responsibilities
  • Perform 2D and 3D echocardiograms utilizing color and Spectral Doppler techniques at the patient's bedside and within the Echo Lab.
  • Conduct Stress Echocardiograms and Dobutamine Stress echocardiograms as required.
  • Assist Cardiologists with Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) and Intracardiac Echo procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
  • Participate in the hospital's on-call rotation, ensuring a prompt response within 45 minutes of being contacted.
Qualifications

Experience: Ideally, candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in echocardiography, including proficiency in 2D Doppler, Color Doppler, and TEE.

Educational Background: Some post-secondary education is preferred.

License/Certification: Candidates must obtain ARDMS or CCI certifications for Adult Echocardiography within 6 months of commencing employment.

Additional Information

Schedule: This is a PRN day shift position, offering flexibility for any day of the week, from Monday through Sunday.
