Physician Empire is seeking an outstanding adult psychiatrist to participate in an innovative new program delivering care to a large primary care population in southwestern Minnesota.
About the Role
The Division of Integrated Behavioral Health includes a collaborative team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, clinical nurse specialists, RN care coordinators, and primary care providers. This team has successfully implemented research-based models of care delivery and is in the process of expanding these models to additional primary care settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care in a current specialty care model
- Work and assist in developing and implementing integrative models of care
- Participate in research and quality projects that evaluate the impact of these models
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult psychiatry and experience working in a collaborative team environment. A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to innovation and excellence are essential for this role.
