Judicial Support Specialist: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Clerical Specialist - Judicial Support. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Judge and other court staff members. Key responsibilities include preparing and sending correspondence, updating records, and performing banking duties when assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • Post mail and handle weekly trips to the post office for Certificate of Mailings.
  • Prepare and send past-due letters and update spreadsheets for collections.
  • Perform banking duties when assigned.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred.
