Summary:
As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite beverages for patrons at the bar and for the dining staff. Your role includes taking food and drink orders, serving items to tables with professionalism, processing payments, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Essential Qualifications:

• Fluent in English.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A minimum of one year of experience in the Food and Beverage or Hospitality sector.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions.
• Two valid forms of identification required for employment eligibility in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute opening tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Craft Cocktails and Italian wines.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to take food and beverage orders.
• Input orders into the point of sale system.
• Prepare all alcoholic beverages for service.
• Serve food and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established standards.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Handle guest complaints with tact and resolution skills.
• Follow directives from supervisors.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area.
• Clear tables and transport soiled items to the dishwashing area.
• Present checks and process payments accurately.
• Adhere to cash handling and payment policies.
• Complete closing duties and reports as required.
• Notify management of any relevant shift information.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping required.
• Effective verbal communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to read and write effectively.
• Regular handwashing is necessary.

Work Schedule:
This position may involve long hours, including weekends and holidays.
