We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at WSS / Foot Locker. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing IT expense management, general operations, and audit excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Billing:
- Analyze vendor invoices to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize budget recommendations.
- Review invoices for discrepancies and resolve billing issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the asset team to ensure timely and budget-friendly orders and deliveries.
- Support the finance and accounting department in identifying assets in service and routing IT bills to the appropriate approver for payment.
- Audit Compliance:
- Coordinate internal and external IT audits and assessments, including monthly quality control, quarterly reviews, and annual reviews.
- Organize, track, and ensure closure of audit requests.
- Prepare SOX review documents annually.
- Qualification Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience in billing administration is required.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, with experience in data entry, formatting, and formulas.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of urgency.
