Key Responsibilities
  • Billing:
    • Analyze vendor invoices to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize budget recommendations.
    • Review invoices for discrepancies and resolve billing issues in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with the asset team to ensure timely and budget-friendly orders and deliveries.
    • Support the finance and accounting department in identifying assets in service and routing IT bills to the appropriate approver for payment.
  • Audit Compliance:
    • Coordinate internal and external IT audits and assessments, including monthly quality control, quarterly reviews, and annual reviews.
    • Organize, track, and ensure closure of audit requests.
    • Prepare SOX review documents annually.
  • Qualification Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • At least one year of experience in billing administration is required.
    • Strong organization and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, with experience in data entry, formatting, and formulas.
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong sense of urgency.
