Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Trucks: Safely load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize damage to products.
  • Supplying Production Line: Provide empty containers and materials to the production line as needed to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Lifting and Moving Materials: Lift, carry, pick, and stack materials with precision and care to prevent damage and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Removing Full Product: Remove full product from the palletizer to the staging area, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Supplying Packaging Materials: Provide packaging materials, cartons, and hulls to the production line as needed to maintain optimal packaging levels.
  • Spotting Trailers: Safely spot trailers and maintain a clean and organized pallet supply for the palletizer.
  • Maintaining Floor Stock: Rotate floor stock to ensure that products are easily accessible and that inventory levels are accurately tracked.
Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory tracking, efficient operations, and minimal errors.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials with precision and care, as well as stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
