About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Facilities Maintenance Associate at Caravan Facilities Management L.L.C. in Sterling Heights, MI.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately $15.96 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

The successful candidate will have a high school education or equivalent and up to six months of related experience or training.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of premises/buildings, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture and equipment, and washing windows, walls, door panels, and sills.
  2. Empty and change liners in wastebaskets, transport trash and waste to disposal areas, and replenish products in dispensers throughout bathrooms, kitchens, break, and office areas.
  3. Communicate inventory levels for cleaning supplies and consumable products and deliver clear and concise messages to building personnel as needed.
