  • Maintain open lines of communication with business partners and team leads regarding support needs and issues.
  • Oversee the functionality of network and telecommunication systems within company offices.
  • Document technical issues and their resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.

  • Utilize remote access tools to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
  • Adhere to established protocols for case management and inquiries to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, network configurations, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
