Position Overview:

Physical Requirements:
The job entails light physical activities, with occasional lifting and transporting of items weighing up to 20 lbs.

Access to Base Amenities:
Employees are eligible to utilize various base facilities, including the Exchange, Fitness Center, Recreation Areas, Library, Marina, Golf Course, Bowling Alley, and Arts & Crafts Center.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in guest accommodations, hallways, staircases, and other designated areas.
- Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors using appropriate cleaning equipment.
- Sanitize kitchen appliances, utensils, and dishware.
- Dust, wax, and polish furniture surfaces.
- Clean walls, windows, and blinds that are accessible without assistance or using step stools.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Collect and transport soiled linens to designated areas and deliver clean linens as instructed.
- Utilize the communication system to update room statuses, occupancy, and checkouts.
- Disinfect lavatories, urinals, and toilets, replacing necessary supplies such as deodorizers, toilet paper, hand towels, and soap.
- Report maintenance issues such as broken windows, leaks, and clogged drains to the supervisor.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying the supervisor when restocking or repairs are needed.

Employment Eligibility:

Experience Requirements:
No prior experience or training is necessary.
- Candidates must be able to follow simple verbal and written instructions and operate lightweight cleaning tools and equipment.

Additional Information:
Candidates must meet all qualification and background requirements for this role. U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Territory for a minimum of three consecutive years are eligible.
