Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Cashier to join our team at Hardees - Highland, IL. As a Restaurant Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Be at least 14 years old
  • Have a great attitude and be willing to work flexible hours
  • Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Have basic math skills and be able to operate a cash register
