Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residence Life Director to join our team. As a key member of our student services department, you will be responsible for overseeing the residential life program at our Albany Market campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train student Residential Hall Assistants to provide a supportive and inclusive living environment
- Develop and implement quality educational and cultural programming to promote student success and retention
- Assist with move-in and move-out events, roommate conflicts, and judicial issues
- Collaborate with campus departments to support student success and retention initiatives
Requirements:
- 1 year of previous Resident Hall responsibility required
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $34,000 - $37,000
