Job Title: Behavioral Therapist - Autism Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist - Autism Specialist. This full-time position involves working one-on-one with students in a school setting, implementing behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and providing direct behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement complex behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs to improve student outcomes.
- Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to students K-12, focusing on teaching essential skills and reducing problematic behaviors.
- Assist in reducing challenging behaviors in school settings through de-escalation techniques and emotional support.
- Current and active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working 1:1 with autism or developmental disabilities elementary students is necessary.
- Previous K-12 school experience is mandatory.
- A competitive hourly compensation package ranging between $25-$30 per hour based on experience.
