We are in search of a seasoned Accounting Manager with a strong background in Deltek CostPoint and Government Contracting to enhance our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Revenue recognition.
  • Prepare and present financial reports for various projects and manage invoicing for government contracts.
  • Compile corporate financial statements and indirect rate proposals in compliance with DCAA regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to optimize accounting workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP, DCAA, and Federal Acquisition Regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Accounting Manager or Financial Controller.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Deltek CostPoint software and cost accounting methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities with a strong capacity to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with government contracts and U.S. export control regulations.

Salary Range:
