Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Sorter and Pricer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for sorting and pricing donated items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities
  • Sort donations into salable, salvage, and trash categories, adhering to quality standards.
  • Pricing merchandise using our baseline price guide, identifying special value items.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, brands, and collectibles to provide competitive pricing.
  • Keep the pricing area clean and organized, transporting merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
  • Perform markdowns, stock shelves, display and rotate merchandise, and transport trash to the compactor/dumpster.
  • Adhere to all store policies, safety practices, and security protocols.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
