Job Summary:

As a Wire Harness Technician at Jayco, you will be responsible for assembling and installing electrical wiring systems in our vehicles. This is a first shift position, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work. You will be compensated by a base rate, plus piece bonus compensation system.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install electrical wiring systems in our vehicles.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Meet quality standards and adhere to factory safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
  • Previous construction or RV experience preferred, but not required.
  • Regular attendance is a job requirement.
