- Current RN Licensure: Possess a current RN license in the state where the facility is located or a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Hold current BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Education and Experience: Possess a BSN degree or be enrolled in a BSN program and have at least 6 months of nursing experience.
