Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing support to the Acquisitions and Transactions Team throughout the deal lifecycle. The successful candidate will be based in our Cincinnati, OH corporate headquarters office and will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and organize deal folders, which will include signing confidentiality agreements, downloading and distributing documents, and tracking properties within our database.
  • Request research and insurance quotes on a weekly basis for underwritten deals.
  • Prepare expense reports for team members, book travel, and maintain calendar for ICSC events.
  • Support the due diligence process for acquisitions by requesting proposals, sharing documents, engaging third parties, and completing data entry for reports where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of work experience required; additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior commercial real estate experience preferred, including familiarity with reading and interpreting legal documents and tenant leases.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, PECO offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
