Job Summary

As a Network Engineer I at Flynn Restaurant Group, you will be responsible for providing level 1 triage and support to network related escalations from users and stores. You will assist with installation, setup, monitoring, and maintenance of both networks and telecom related systems at stores and office locations.

Assist with routine technology support functions such as coordination, maintenance, upgrades, and overall support for network stacks to ensure proper operation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 triage and support to network related escalations
  • Assist with troubleshooting network connected issues
  • Assist with monitoring network connected devices
  • Assist with network related projects, upgrades, maintenance, and documentation of systems
  • Requires off hours and on call rotation support

Requirements

  • Acceptable equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification; Associates Degree or Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, or equivalent
  • 0-3 years of experience with WAN/LAN technologies, including multiple network operating systems, topologies, and protocols
  • Basic Knowledge and experience with Networking, Telephony, Server, and Client technologies
