Job Overview

The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst at Amity Foundation plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance for the Third Party Administrator (TPA) - Care First, Community Investment (CFCI) initiative. This position is integral to the collaboration with community-based organizations and non-profits, serving as subrecipient Service Providers for the Care First, Community Investment Funds.

This role involves auditing the fidelity of service delivery in accordance with awarded subcontracts, evaluating quality, licensure, certification, physical facility conditions, staff qualifications, and adherence to staff-to-client ratios as outlined in individual agreements.

Collaboration with the Project Director, Director of Operations, and Grant Advocates is essential to establish contracts with Community-Based Providers (CBPs) and to optimize the use of CFCI and non-CFCI funds while ensuring compliance with funding mandates.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee subcontracted Service Providers and their activities to ensure adherence to administrative and fiscal regulations as per contract stipulations.
  • Collaborate with the network of CBPs to develop ongoing quality assurance monitoring processes and evaluations.
  • Assess the Program monitoring tool (Site Visit tool) for subcontracted Service Providers and supervise the implementation of corrective action plans to guarantee high-quality services under CFCI and non-CFCI funding.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team regarding contract compliance matters.
  • Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the effective operation of the compliance program.
  • Investigate reported violations of rules, regulations, policies, and standards of conduct.
  • Regularly report to the Project Manager and Director of Operations on the status and progress of compliance initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
  • A four-year degree in Social Sciences or related fields, coupled with two years of full-time administrative or quality experience in a substance abuse program involving criminal justice offenders, or
  • Five years of cumulative full-time administrative and quality control experience with a criminal justice population may substitute for educational requirements.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email, Internet, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work constructively with individuals holding differing perspectives.
  • Competence in preparing complex reports, policies, and procedures.

Professional Responsibilities:
  • Uphold excellence and integrity in all professional responsibilities to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with agency-wide practices and regulations.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and effective work habits.

Training and Development:
  • Participate in required training programs relevant to the TPA project, including Employee Orientation, CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, and annual Tuberculosis (TB) testing.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development as assigned.

Work Environment:
  • Typically operates in an indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.
  • May require local travel using a personal vehicle.
