The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement product solutions using ADP's cloud-based AI and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, HR, talent, or benefits solutions.

  • Influence and inspire confidence by presenting to senior leaders, product owners, and peers with a compelling voice that demonstrates executive presence, leading change, and creating clear executive-level communications on milestone achievements.
  • Responsible for creating product release plans that ensure our teams develop solutions using ADP's cloud-based AI and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, HR, talent, or benefits solutions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Management, Marketing, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing complex data sets, including customer performance and application performance data, using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Google Analytics.
  • Conducting fact-gathering interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying themes from across interviews of multiple stakeholders.
  • Analyzing markets, including market size, customer preferences/needs, available channels, and pricing information, leveraging marketing theories and frameworks.
  • Utilizing collaboration skills and technical acumen to align on strategy vision to achieve business goals.
