Housekeeping Specialist

Job Summary:

As a member of the Diversified Maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients. Your duties will include dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning all surfaces, as well as vacuuming, mopping, and wet mopping designated areas. You will also be responsible for cleaning the entire restroom, restocking supplies, removing trash, and sweeping and/or wet mopping floors. Additionally, you will ensure that all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area, and keep closets clean, neat, and orderly.

Responsibilities:

Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces
Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas
Clean entire restroom, restock supplies, and remove trash
Sweep and/or wet mop floors
Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area
Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
