Position Summary

As a Culinary Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our culinary operations within a senior living community. Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, you will oversee menu development, food preparation, and cooking processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to innovate and implement culinary programs that enhance our residents' dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing budgetary controls and monitoring expenses.
  • Contribute to menu planning and creation.
  • Execute catering events with precision and creativity.
  • Implement new culinary initiatives in partnership with marketing and culinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of progressive experience in culinary or kitchen management, preferably in fine dining.
  • Experience in a senior living or retirement community is advantageous.
  • Strong background in high-volume food service operations is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
