Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in performance improvement activities
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in Texas or compact state
- 1+ years of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification
- ACLS required at time of hire for experienced RNs
- PALS required at time of hire for experienced RNs
Work Schedule
This is a per diem position, with hours varying based on department needs.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
