Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Floor Tech:

  • Maintain floors through various cleaning methods:
  • Including sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, and disinfecting.
  • Set up appropriate safety signage before commencing floor maintenance tasks.
  • Manage carpet cleaning duties, which encompass vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
  • Ensure walls and ceilings are kept clean through washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorizing.

Qualifications We Seek:

You may be an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with floor and carpet cleaning machinery.
  • A strong customer service orientation.
  • Preferred background in hospitality or hotel services.
