Compassionate Physical Therapist for Children

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve independence and contribute to their community.
About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our on-site Physical Therapist in providing direct and consultative physical therapy services to students, following their Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or physical therapy evaluation.
- Collaborate with our Physical Therapist to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all treatments provided.
- Communicate professionally with team members to ensure established goals and skill development strategies are effectively carried over.
- Participate in IEP processes and engage in professional communication during meetings with families and external agencies, as directed by the Physical Therapist.
This is a full-time position, working 32 hours per week. We welcome new graduates to apply.

- A valid driver's license.
- An Associate of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- A current Massachusetts license as a Physical Therapist Assistant issued by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions.
At Crystal Springs, we offer a competitive salary package. Our estimated annual salary for this position is $53,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards, experience, and location.
