Epic Beaker Analyst

The Clinical Systems Analyst III is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting clinical components of the information system in conjunction with hospital super-users. This role requires effective communication with super-users, users, the information systems team, and vendors to prioritize requests and maintain a balance of tasks.

• Act as a liaison between clinical super-users, staff members, Information Systems, and application vendors for assigned applications.
• Develop work habits and communication skills that reflect the Mission and Philosophy of Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center.
• Maintain current Epic Application certification in three or more applications and adapt quickly to complex situations.
• Collaborate with the information systems team to ensure seamless integration of clinical components.

• Associate Degree Required, Bachelors preferred.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Current Epic Application certification in three or more applications.
• At least five years of experience with Epic Electronic Health Care Record or relevant Healthcare experience.

• Minimal physical effort required.
• Consistent operation of a computer required.
• Infrequent odd hours and on-call support for applications in their infancy.
