Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with a robust background in CNC programming to join our client's expanding engineering team. This role is crucial for driving efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage extensive CNC programming expertise to create effective programs for intricate and custom components.
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancement initiatives by designing CAM templates, drafting work instructions, and refining CAM programs.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of programming, tool selection, and machining methodologies.
  • Address production challenges throughout the manufacturing process, collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to enhance manufacturability.
  • Apply GD&T principles within the manufacturing workflow.
  • Engage in clear communication with operators, engineers, and team leaders.
Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, although relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Proficient in Mastercam programming.
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with various teams on-site.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks and Vericut software is advantageous.
  • Experience with composite materials is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience.
