We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Crescent Services. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service.

• Drink Preparation: Prepare a wide range of drinks to exacting specifications, using your knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine.
• Multi-Tasking: Efficiently manage multiple orders and interactions with guests, while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, with a focus on sanitation and presentation.
• Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile, recommend food and beverage pairings, and take orders with precision and attention to detail.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and other bar team members to ensure seamless service and a positive experience for all guests.
• Payment and Service: Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and provide exceptional service to every guest.

• Experience: At least one year of bartending experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, as well as TABC certification and Food Handlers Certification.
• Personality: A patient, friendly, and approachable demeanor, with excellent people skills and a strong work ethic.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the USA and be a responsible and trustworthy individual.
