Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Banquet Server to join our team at Cliff House Maine. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during banquets and events. Your warm and inviting smile will make our guests feel welcome and valued.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet all guests with a warm and inviting smile, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Provide personable service, delivering food and beverages to guest tables with a smile.
  • Table Maintenance: Properly deliver and clear all items from tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
  • Event Support: Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, bend, and kneel regularly, as well as push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs throughout a 6-8 hour shift.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Flexible schedule required, including weekends.
