Job Summary

The Bartender is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our lounge and bar areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve guests in a friendly and attentive manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve appetizers and food items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Bar Management: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies and equipment as needed, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed, ensuring that the bar is always well-stocked and ready to serve.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Certifications: Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
  • Language Skills: Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, developing alternative solutions and using reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
  • Customer Service: Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations, including the ability to respond promptly to customer needs and requests for service and assistance.
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures, as well as knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures.
