- We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$22 per hour, based on experience.

ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving meals to patients and residents;
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas;
- Maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our guests;
- Working collaboratively with other members of the dining services team to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests feel valued and respected.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be at least 16 years old;
- To have the ability to operate a cash register, stand or walk for the majority of the shift, and lift up to 20 pounds;
- To communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing;
- To possess good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a team-player mentality;
- To pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
