Job Summary

Atlantic Medical Imaging is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Chief CT Technologist to oversee the daily operations of our CT department. This leadership role will be responsible for managing a team of CT technologists, ensuring the highest level of patient care and image quality, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and direct a team of CT technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the CT department, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all imaging procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols and guidelines, and that all images meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including accreditation and licensure.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for CT technologists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as radiologic sciences or healthcare administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a CT technologist, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Certifications: Current ARRT CT registry and NJ DEP X-ray License.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technologists.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of CT technology and imaging procedures, as well as regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
