Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement personalized patient care plans
Initiate and revise care plans as needed, in collaboration with prescribers and other healthcare professionals
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor their effectiveness
Review and update patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes and coordinate care transitions
Requirements:
One year of prior Registered Nurse experience required
Feeding tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator skills essential
Current Registered Nurse license for the state of practice and a current Health Certificate
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification
