Laborer - Outdoor Track Installation

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our Outdoor Track Installation Team as a member of our crew. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced Crew Foreman in the installation of outdoor polyurethane sports surfaces throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and installation of outdoor running track surfaces
  • Use small hand tools and power equipment for surface preparation and installation
  • Carry, mix, and pour polyurethane to install track and field surfaces
  • Recover excess rubber granules and edge detail trim the track surface
  • Participate in general site cleanup and demobilization of a project site
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and dedication to attention to detail
  • Experience and working knowledge of the construction industry (a plus)
  • Ability to work as part of a team to deliver a quality product for the client
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of installation procedures and follow the Foreman's instructions
  • Commitment to working safely and efficiently while following jobsite safety and environmental guidelines
Benefits
