Your Team Relies on You as a Retail Operations Team Leader to:
  • Be flexible to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
  • Commit to a full-time schedule
  • Supervise multiple team members
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily training and coaching to team members
  • Manage store opening, closing, and shift change procedures
  • Oversee cash register operations, including float verifications and end-of-shift cash reconciliations
  • Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies
  • Ensure staff punctuality and adherence to uniform standards
  • Facilitate a welcoming environment for customers
  • Effectively manage customer queues
  • Assign daily tasks to sales associates and communicate sales targets
  • Maintain knowledge of products and ensure proper stock rotation
  • Uphold cleanliness and housekeeping standards
  • Monitor for theft and enforce policies to minimize loss
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate daily activities with management
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Experience in retail operations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
