COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The anticipated salary range is between $115,200 and $128,000, contingent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k) plan.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role involves advanced technical and engineering problem-solving to support nuclear plant operations. You will be responsible for making technical decisions.

Possessing a strong understanding of your functional discipline and its practical applications, you will also have a detailed knowledge of relevant industry codes and regulations.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver comprehensive technical expertise to develop, manage, and execute engineering analyses, activities, and programs.
- Offer technical guidance and consultation through direct involvement to identify and resolve equipment and system issues.
- Manage engineering tasks as assigned by supervision, applying engineering principles effectively.

- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work, maintaining proper configuration management and ensuring adherence to standard design criteria, practices, procedures, and codes in the preparation of plans and specifications.

- Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses to support technical projects and programs.

- Propose equipment, innovative concepts, and techniques to enhance performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, rectify design or material deficiencies, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.
- At least 5 years of solid performance, with the last two years in the upper half of the Engineering 2 band.
- Demonstrated proficiency in FLS competencies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional Engineer Registration.
- Advanced technical degree or relevant coursework.
