About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the recovery of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients with complex medical needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
