As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting delightful dishes for our patrons. Your role will involve checking kitchen inventory for fresh ingredients, preparing components prior to meal service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. During service, you will be tasked with plating and garnishing meals that are ready to be served.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing ingredients ahead of each meal service
  • Cooking dishes according to precise recipe guidelines
  • Plating and garnishing meals prior to serving
  • Cleaning and sanitizing work areas after service

Qualifications

  • Preferred completion of a culinary training program
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting
  • Proficiency in various cooking techniques and styles
  • Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule

We are looking to hire a total of 10 Culinary Specialists for various shifts. Experience as a line cook is not mandatory. Compensation will be based on experience, and there will be no work required on holidays.
