Job Title: Perishable Associate

Job Summary:
Food Lion is seeking a Perishable Associate to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized Perishable Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and rotated. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized Perishable Department, including the meat, dairy, and frozen food sections
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Receive and stock deliveries, rotating products to ensure freshness and minimizing waste
Ensure that all products are properly displayed and priced, and that the department is visually appealing
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
