Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain deep connections with clients to achieve sales goals
* Deliver memorable in-store experiences to all clients, planning appointments to maximize results
* Inform clients about in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance their experience and increase engagement
* Utilize multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition
* Possess a broad range of product knowledge across all categories of the brand, taking initiative to stay informed to maximize selling potential
* Demonstrate the ability to address a client's total wardrobe needs across all categories
* Inform clients about brand services to ensure they can enjoy all Lafayette 148 has to offer
* Prioritize client satisfaction when resolving issues, exceeding expectations
* Support operational functions within the store, including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting
* Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 3+ years' experience in a premium to luxury selling environment
* Existing client base/book preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in utilizing available technology
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range for this position is $20.00 hourly. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
