The Rehabilitation Therapist (OT, OTR) in Home Health is accountable for assessing and evaluating patient care requirements concerning functional abilities, daily living activities, fine motor skills, home evaluations, adaptive tools, and other therapy needs as dictated by medical conditions. Following this assessment, the Rehabilitation Therapist collaborates to formulate a treatment strategy, implements interventions aimed at improving the patient's health, and monitors the patient's progress.

Licensure Requirements

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
