Job Summary

Hudson Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Telemetry Technician to join our team. As a Telemetry Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care by accurately interpreting ECG rhythms and notifying healthcare professionals of any life-threatening arrhythmias.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret ECG rhythms and identify potential life-threatening arrhythmias
  • Notify RNs and physicians of any life-threatening arrhythmias
  • Post rhythm strips as per policy and procedure
  • Assist with CPRS documentation as needed
  • Complete extra duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in a healthcare setting in basic ECG and arrhythmia interpretation
  • Certification in EKG preferred

Credentials and Qualifications:

  • BLS - AHA approved
