Job Overview

Position: HR & Admin Generalist
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $30-$33 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to local labor regulations.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including managing employment contracts and necessary documentation.

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring organization and management of supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Address employee relations and conflict resolution matters.
  • Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned by the organization.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. HR certification is advantageous.

Experience: 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in an HR capacity.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software systems.
