Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $30-$33 per hour
Work Arrangement: 100% On Site, 8am-5pm
- Formulate and execute HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to local labor regulations.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including managing employment contracts and necessary documentation.
- Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts: posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting in candidate selection.
- Facilitate orientation programs for new hires and conduct comprehensive employee onboarding sessions.
- Support performance management initiatives: setting goals, conducting reviews, and facilitating feedback discussions.
- Assist in employee relations by addressing inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, and resolving conflicts.
- Contribute to training and development efforts: identifying training needs, coordinating programs, and assessing their effectiveness.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure precise payroll processing.
- Assist in generating HR reports and analytics, providing metrics and insights for management.
- Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and department leaders, including correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, report preparation, and record maintenance.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring organization and management of supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Address employee relations and conflict resolution matters.
- Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned by the organization.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. HR certification is advantageous.
Experience: 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in an HR capacity.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software systems.
