  • Support field fleet teams with operational needs.

  • Manage accounts payable and process invoices related to fleet expenditures, including financial reporting and performance metrics.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to accounts payable.
  • Ensure timely invoice processing in line with company financial protocols.
  • Conduct reconciliations and review statements to address discrepancies.
  • Monitor and alert customers about anticipated payment or warranty issues.
  • Address vendor and customer inquiries effectively.
  • Prepare financial and payable reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of departmental reports and performance scorecards.
  • Provide weekly financial updates to key stakeholders.
