Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Scribe to join our team at Endeavors. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a crucial role in supporting physicians by accurately documenting patient information and maintaining up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor performance metrics and collaborate with management to address departmental challenges.
  • Accurately transcribe patient histories and document physical examination outcomes.
  • Efficiently manage transcription duties for a minimum of four patient consultations per hour.
  • Coordinate diagnostic evaluations and arrange referrals to medical specialists.
  • Support medical practitioners with administrative duties integral to patient care.
  • Uphold a professional atmosphere within the healthcare setting.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 6 months of direct scribe experience.
  • Preferred applicants have additional experience working in an Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) shelter.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
  • Driver's License with clear record required.
  • Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
