Medical Professional Wanted for Critical Access Hospital in North Dakota

We are seeking a qualified Medical Professional to join our team at NHR, providing ER and hospital services at a small critical access hospital in Watford City, ND.
**Job Overview**
This is a unique opportunity to work on a part-time basis, covering Wednesdays through Sundays every other week. As an independent contractor or full-time employee, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, plus benefits, liability insurance, airfare, rental car, meals, and the option to live in a company-provided apartment while working.
**Compensation**
As an independent contractor, you can expect to earn $100 per hour, while full-time employees receive $85 per hour plus full benefits. Based on a 26-shift schedule per year, this translates to an annual salary of approximately $312,000 as an independent contractor and just over $265,000 as a full-time employee.
**Job Description**
The ideal candidate will have experience with ER work or be willing to undergo training from us. The position involves providing 24-hour coverage from 6am to 8pm, Wednesday through Sunday, with a mid-level provider taking over at 8pm. You will be responsible for backing up the mid-level provider in case of major incidents, but most of the time, you can rest while still being paid.
