Behavioral Therapist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a key member of our staff, you will work with individuals with special needs, providing behavioral therapy and support in a variety of settings.

**Responsibilities**

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Implement empirically validated treatment protocols and collect data to measure progress
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorders or behavioral challenges
• Ability to work directly with patients and families, as well as part of a team to carry out behavior plans
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing situations

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
