Bilingual EHS Supervisor

Thompson Pipe Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team as a Bilingual EHS Supervisor. This role will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and assist plant managers, supervisors, and HR in preparing incident reports and investigations.
- Assist with root cause analysis and on-site investigations of injuries and incidents.
- Track injured employees and their medical rehabilitation, and develop light duty assignments.
- Maintain compliance with operational permits and regulations.
- Enforce and promote safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- 6+ years of experience as a safety professional in a heavy industrial role.
- Knowledge of industry safety training and federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competitive salary range: $105,000-$115,000 annually.
