You will also be responsible for recognizing and taking corrective action when equipment failure occurs, and for providing assistance to coworkers and working alternative shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform and document quality control, reporting significant deviations to the supervisor/manager.
  • Organize work to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain a minimum inventory of reagents and supplies.
  • Recognize and take corrective action when equipment failure occurs.
  • Provide assistance to coworkers and work alternative shifts as needed.

Requirements:
  • Licensed by the State of Florida in Immunohematology, Serology, and Immunology.
  • Commensurate with licensure requirements.
  • Completion of training program in medical technology.
