Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Food and Beverage Operations team members and ensure they are providing high-quality menu items to guests.
  • Implement guest service programs and continually follow up with staff on service techniques to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Enforce proper food preparation and handling procedures, in compliance with all Health Department and Food and Beverage Operation policies regarding sanitation.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of all units within the assigned area and ensure the safety of all team members and guests.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all team members are following correct cash handling procedures.
  • Evaluate team members and make recommendations regarding hiring, promotions, and corrective action.
  • Identify areas for continued improvement and develop strategies to enhance these areas.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Food and Beverage Operations experience.
  • Ability to work 40-60 hours per week, including before and after scheduled shifts if necessary, and on weekends and holidays.
  • Professional, outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, and able to motivate others.
  • Perfect grooming and conduct at all times.
